MLS (Member and Leader Services) is desktop software developed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to help local units manage membership and financial information. Used by wards, branches, and stakes, it centralizes recordkeeping and reporting so clerks and leaders can support ministering, administration, and compliance with Church policies.

In recent years, many MLS functions have moved to the web-based Leader and Clerk Resources (LCR) and online finance tools on ChurchofJesusChrist.org. Depending on local direction and internet availability, MLS may still be used in some areas or for specific tasks.
